Concrete frame screws (often called masonry bolts or self-tapping concrete screws) are designed for heavy-duty structural applications. The 102mm length is the preferred choice for installers fitting frames directly against a brick or stone reveal. Because these concrete frame screws do not use expansion to create a grip, they are far safer to use near the edge of a masonry opening than traditional sleeve anchors, as they won’t cause the brickwork to burst or crack.
