Description
What is a Fascia Bracket used for?
A fascia bracket (often called a gutter clip or gutter support) is the primary anchor for your home’s rainwater system. It is screwed directly into the timber or uPVC fascia board at regular intervals to hold the guttering at the correct fall (angle). Without a high-quality guttering bracket, heavy rain or snow buildup can cause your gutters to sag, lead to leaks, or even cause the system to collapse.
Engineered for Maximum Support
At ECO HEAT SHOP, we understand that UK weather can be unpredictable. Our Fascia Brackets are manufactured from high-impact, rigid uPVC. The design includes pre-drilled fixing holes for secure attachment and a flexible “lip” that allows the gutter to expand and contract as temperatures change without creaking or popping out of place.
How many Fascia Brackets do I need?
For a standard, secure installation, we recommend spacing your fascia brackets at 1-metre intervals. However, in areas prone to heavy snowfall or high winds, reducing the gap to 600mm or 800mm provides extra structural integrity to your roofline. This bracket is fully compatible with most standard UK guttering profiles, including 112mm Half Round and 114mm Square systems.
