A square downpipe offset bend (also known as a downpipe elbow or angle) is a critical fitting used to change the direction of a 65mm square rainwater pipe. It is most commonly used in pairs to create a “swan neck”—the assembly that brings the downpipe from the gutter outlet back toward the building’s wall. It is also the go-to solution for bypassing brickwork plinths, windowsills, or other architectural obstacles.
