If the boss is “blind” (unopened), you will need to carefully drill it out or cut the end before inserting your 32mm pipe with a suitable adapter or solvent. We recommend using a silicone-based lubricant on the rubber fins to allow the connector to slide easily onto the toilet pan without tearing the seal.
