Soudal Gap Filler is a moisture-curing, one-component expanding foam ideal for a wide range of construction and renovation tasks. It is the primary tool for filling large, awkward gaps where air leakage occurs. Common applications include sealing around window and door frames, insulating pipe penetrations through brickwork, and filling voids behind skirting boards or within roof spaces to prevent heat escape.

The 50% Rule: Since this is a high-expansion foam, only fill the cavity 50% of the way. The foam will expand to fill the remaining volume.
Shake the Can: Vigorously shake the canister for 30 seconds to ensure the propellant and resin are perfectly mixed.
Post-Application: Once cured, trim excess with a sharp knife. If using externally, ensure the foam is covered or painted to protect it from UV light, which can cause discoloration over time.
