Product Specifications

Installation Guidelines

1. Cut the 21.5mm overflow pipe ends square, ensuring edges are deburred and clean.
2. Degrease and clean the mating surfaces of both the pipe and internal socket of the 90° bend.
3. Apply a thin, even layer of suitable ABS solvent cement to the pipe exterior and fitting socket interior.
4. Push the pipe fully into the bend socket with a slight twist, holding firmly for 10–15 seconds to complete the permanent chemical weld.
